The website is administered by “Nature Vibe” Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register under UIC 206243979, with registered office and management address: 9 Devnya St., Varna, represented by Managing Director Evgenia Kaloyanova.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by “Nature Vibe” Ltd. through the website: naturevibe.bg.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Nature Vibe” Ltd. and the participants in the organized events published on naturevibe.bg.

The Participant should familiarize themselves with these General Terms and Conditions before using the services offered through the website naturevibe.bg. Making a payment and/or submitting a request to participate means that the Participant has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.

2. REGISTRATION AND RESERVATIONS

Registration for an event is carried out through the website, by phone, by email, or through the social media channels of “Nature Vibe” Ltd.

When registering for an event, the User is required to provide a valid email address for communication, as well as a valid telephone number for contact, thereby declaring their consent to communication through the channels provided by them.

The reservation is considered confirmed after receipt of a deposit in the amount specified for the respective event, or after full payment has been made by bank transfer.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. has the right to refuse participation to a client in cases of inadequate physical preparation, inappropriate equipment, non-compliance with the information and instructions provided in advance for the event, or failure by the Participant to provide the necessary information.

3. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND DELAY ON THE PART OF THE PARTICIPANT

In the event of cancellation of participation up to 7 days before the start of the event, the Participant is entitled to:

  1. 100% refund of the amount paid;
  2. keeping the amount paid as credit for future events; or
  3. transferring the reservation to another event.

When transferring to an event with a higher fee, the Participant is required to pay the difference in price in order for the reservation for the desired event to be confirmed.

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the event, the amount paid is non-refundable. In this case, “Nature Vibe” Ltd. may, at its discretion and subject to availability, offer a one-time transfer of participation to another date or another event.

Official communication regarding the events, including information about the program, meeting point, required equipment and other additional information, is carried out by email.

The Participant is required to provide “Nature Vibe” Ltd. with a valid email address for communication, as well as a valid telephone number for contact.

The Participant is required to monitor the email address provided by them for messages from “Nature Vibe” Ltd. and to maintain up-to-date communication with the Organizer.

Participants are required to be at the announced meeting point at the specified time. The Organizer is not obliged to wait for late participants after the announced departure time when this could disrupt the program, pace, or safety of the group.

In the event of a no-show or delay that prevents the Participant from joining the hike or event, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Oversleeping, personal disorganization, confusion about the meeting time or location, as well as delays for personal reasons, shall not be considered insurmountable or extraordinary circumstances.

In the event of extraordinary or insurmountable circumstances affecting the Participant, including serious illness, an accident, or another objective reason, “Nature Vibe” Ltd. may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund, transfer of participation to another event, or issue a voucher for a future event.

4. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF AN EVENT BY “NATURE VIBE” LTD.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. has the right to cancel or change the date, route, or program of an event in the event of:

  1. adverse weather conditions;
  2. a risk to the safety of participants;
  3. force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances;
  4. an insufficient number of participants.

In these cases, participants will be notified personally and will receive a refund of the amount paid or the option to transfer their participation to another date, depending on the specific circumstances.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. reserves the right to change the route or program of an event in the event of unforeseen circumstances when this is necessary to ensure the safety of participants.

5. LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

Each Participant declares that:

  1. they are in good health and have no known circumstances that would prevent their safe participation in the respective event;
  2. they are physically prepared for the respective event and have familiarized themselves in advance with the information regarding its duration, difficulty, and specific characteristics;
  3. they will comply with the safety instructions and directions given by the Organizer and/or its trained personnel;
  4. they will carry equipment appropriate for the respective event;
  5. they will arrange their own transportation to the starting point of the event;
  6. they will arrange their own accommodation (overnight stay), if necessary;
  7. they are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables;
  8. they participate voluntarily and are responsible for their health and for complying with these General Terms and Conditions and the instructions of the Organizer.

5.1. PROHIBITION OF THE USE OF ALCOHOL AND NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES

During the organized events, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotic, psychotropic, intoxicating, and other substances prohibited by law is prohibited when their use may endanger the safety of the Participant, other participants, or the organizers.

The Participant declares that they will not participate in an event organized by “Nature Vibe” Ltd. while visibly intoxicated, in an inadequate state, or under the influence of narcotic, psychotropic, or other intoxicating substances.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. has the right to refuse admission to the event or remove from participation any person who is visibly intoxicated, in an inadequate state, or under the influence of prohibited substances, when this creates or may create a risk to their safety or the safety of the other participants.

In these cases, the amount paid is non-refundable.

When necessary to take measures to ensure the safety of the group, the Organizer has the right to terminate the participation of the respective person without further notice.

6. LIABILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF “NATURE VIBE” LTD.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. undertakes to:

  1. provide an organizational, tour guide, mountain guide, animation, or sports service depending on the type of event and the competencies and authorizations of the personnel of “Nature Vibe” Ltd.;
  2. provide detailed information about the organized event in advance by email;
  3. conduct a safety briefing and provide information regarding the event plan before its commencement;
  4. inform participants about significant changes to the program when such changes are possible and applicable.

The travel times specified in the program of “Nature Vibe” Ltd. are approximate and depend on the pace of the group, weather conditions, terrain, and other circumstances related to the conduct of the event.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. does not provide transportation services.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. does not provide accommodation (overnight stays) for participants.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings of participants during the event.

7. MOUNTAIN INSURANCE

Participation in the events requires valid travel (mountain) insurance for the period of the respective event. Where specified in the conditions of the particular event, the insurance is included in the price.

For the purpose of arranging the insurance, “Nature Vibe” Ltd. may require personal data necessary for concluding the insurance, including full name, Personal Identification Number (EGN), and address according to the identity card.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. collects and processes personal data for the purpose of concluding travel (mountain) insurance in accordance with applicable legislation and under the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy of the website.

8. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

During the events, photographs and video recordings may be taken for advertising and marketing purposes, including for publication on the website, social media, and advertising materials of “Nature Vibe” Ltd.

If a Participant does not wish to appear in photographic or video material, they should notify the Organizer in advance.

9. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of users and participants is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy of the website.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

By using the website, submitting a request to participate, and/or making a payment for an event, the Participant declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions are available on the website naturevibe.bg and apply to the relationship between “Nature Vibe” Ltd. and participants in the organized events, insofar as they do not conflict with applicable legislation.

“Nature Vibe” Ltd. has the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions without personally notifying the users of the website.

In the event of changes to these General Terms and Conditions, the updated version shall be published on the website, indicating the date of the update.
