✨ Beginner Adventurers in Good Physical Condition ✨

⛰️ Terrain: Nature trails with slightly technical features, such as short rocky sections, overgrown paths and similar terrain
🎒 Required equipment: A hiking backpack and hiking boots are mandatory
🏃 Suitable for: Adventurers who exercise regularly and have limited hiking experience. Also suitable for children who regularly spend time in nature.

These types of events are held mainly on trails in the lower parts of the mountains or in natural areas at elevations of up to 1,500 m above sea level.
🚶 The hiking distance may reach up to 20 km per day, but the terrain is only slightly technical, consisting mainly of dirt roads or well-maintained narrow trails. Any ascents and descents are gradual and short.
The pace is moderate, with frequent breaks. The routes usually pass through forests, meadows or scenic trails without hazardous sections.

⛰️ Terrain: Nature trails with technical features, including rocky sections, gullies, overgrown paths and exposed sections with expansive panoramic views
🎒 Required equipment: A hiking backpack, hiking boots and trekking poles are mandatory. Specialised mountain equipment suitable for the season is recommended.
🏃 Suitable for: Adventurers with experience in mid-altitude mountains at elevations of up to 2,000 m above sea level

These types of events mainly take place on technical nature trails featuring rocky sections, gullies, exposed paths and routes with expansive panoramic views.
The hiking distance may reach up to 25 km per day, and the route may include challenging technical passages. These sections are generally short and infrequent.
Ascents and descents may be longer. The pace ranges from moderate to fast, with shorter breaks and one longer lunch break.

⛰️ Terrain: Predominantly technical mountain trails featuring rocky sections, gullies, overgrown paths, exposed sections with expansive panoramic views and traverses
🎒 Required equipment: Good-quality mountain equipment suitable for the season is mandatory to ensure safety and ease of movement
🏃 Suitable for: Adventurers with solid mountain experience at elevations of up to 3,000 m above sea level

These types of events are suitable for adventurers with solid mountain experience.
The hiking distance may reach up to 25 km per day, and the routes may include challenging technical passages. Steep ascents and descents lasting for extended periods are also possible.
The pace ranges from moderate to fast, with shorter breaks and one longer lunch break, weather conditions permitting.
😬 Participants should have little to no fear of heights.
❄️ This category also includes winter mountain hikes. Participants must possess the knowledge and practical skills required to travel safely in winter conditions, including the use of crampons and snowshoes, as well as self-arrest techniques with an ice axe.
